ECP Guidelines

The ECP staff wants you to feel assured that anonymity and confidentiality are strictly maintained to the extent possible. The ECP follows the guidelines of DOE Order 442.1A, Department of Energy Employee concerns Program; 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 708, DOE Contractor Employee Protection Program; and SEM-3-3.1, Employee Concerns Program, 5.1.

Zero Tolerance for Retaliation
